RISE Fitness + RISE Cycle is getting juicy! That’s right! Our downtown Glen Ellyn studio now offers raw, cold-pressed juices made exclusively for RISE. You can pre-order your own stash of these refreshing, healthy, all-natural juices or purchase one of the limited quantities available in the studio – first come, first serve.
Available in 16-ounce bottles, these raw, organic juices each contain three to five pounds of fruits and vegetables. Consuming cold-pressed juice promotes maximum absorption of phytonutrients, minerals, and enzymes in a natural and convenient way that subsequently nourishes, repairs, and cleanses our bodies.
